Returns handling

If your customers would like to return product to you, DLS can be your return address, receiving product returns on your behalf, checking if the product returned is still within warranty conditions, do testing as well as inspecting the product before either returning to stock or put into quarantine or scrap. We can also provide certified scrap services for products you would like us to scrap on your behalf.
