E-fulfillment, also known as e-commerce fulfillment, is the logistics process responsible for the complete handling of online orders, from the moment an order is placed to the delivery to the customer. It includes various steps such as warehousing, order processing, packaging, shipping, and even handling returns. With the growth of e-commerce, e-fulfillment has become crucial for companies competing in the online market, as an efficient and reliable fulfillment process not only increases customer satisfaction but also optimizes efficiency and cost savings for companies. A strong e-fulfillment process makes it possible to meet the high expectations of modern consumers, such as fast delivery times, accurate order processing, and hassle-free returns.

  • Through our WMS customer portal, or through various integration methods with your system, DLS will receive your orders in our WMS and commence order processing.
  • Our WMS is Odoo and can be integrated into all the major e-commerce order platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, eBay and bol.com.
  • • When the order has been picked and packed, the system will automatically book a carrier based on destinations, size and weight of the package, lead time agreements and specific customer requirements. Shipment labels are printed and applied, and package will be picked up by our carriers.
  • • Once the booking has been completed, the tracking number for that specific order will be visible in the system. An automatic email can be sent to the receiver of the package(s) if required.
